There is a problem:

I can't activate the gift you have sent, it's region-locked: https://abload.de/img/regionhrpsa.png

In consultation with the support I will send it back to you (please add me on steam), and mark it as not received after 7 days.

If you wish, you can then ask the support to delete the GA, which I would agree.
