If you look at this site, it shows you what you have contributed, and how much is left until the next level. http://54.93.81.159/sent/asura
You need to send about $10 worth of gifts to get to level 2.

bundled games (ones in red on that page) contribute less to the level. Here is a list of the games that are counted as bundled:

So try to find a $10 game that has a good discount, buy it and give it away. You should then get to lvl 2
