Hmmmm... biggest nopes are wild dogs since I was once chased, scratched and nearly bitten by one. Other than that, darkness freaks me out.

One of the video game nope moments that I can recall is killing the boss in Killing Floor 2 while being the last one alive in a six man Hell on Earth difficulty game.
