I've found a great outlet for artists or those wanting to be inspired. It's called colorbooks for grown-ups. I have one called tattoo designs and it's great for just playing with color and mediums. It's a great distraction and if you like art, try googling zen doodling. You'd be amazed at what kind of artist can dwell in all of us.
