Hey, just friendly remainder, that all your giveaways are No CV, so if you want to get level, than you gotta make some giveaway with either reduced or full CV

If I understood the essence correctly, then I need to set some restrictions on users every time, like a white list, by levels, etc., so that something is credited to me, right?

uhmm noooo, when you create giveaway, there shows * or ** next to game, which are respectively reduced and no CV (if there is no symbol then it's full CV)
if you make public giveaway, then there are no restrictions to get CV, for every other type there have to be at least 5 entries

and CV is calculated from current USD pricing of game

region restrictions are up to you, but you are responsible that winner can receive it
level restrictions are totally up to you, what you feel is "worthy"
blacklists and whitelist are also up to you if ever and how use them
