As a person with a LOT of game-time in that game; it is unfortunately dead. Development stopped long ago after a series of poor marketing decisions by Sony Online Entertainment who peddled it off to Desert Owl Games. They released the final pre-made expansion and just ran sales for single card pack legendaries. It killed the community. The game itself is fun; but not when a queue time is 30+ minutes.
