I run check on members of Positive Thoughts, and you don't meet RealCV ratio requirement (no more than 200 RealCV won than sent).

You have 451 CV in sent and 665 CV in won. So you "lack" 15 CV to be in the buffer (451 + 15 = 466). That's why you're on suspension till 3rd June, which should give you time to fix your general ratio. It's not about PosTho in-group ratio, so it doesn't matter if GAs will be public, private or group only.
