Bit of a special one.

I don't know exactly which SubID this key belongs to since I already had the GOTY. But since it's a Fanatical Key it should be one that's redeemable from everywhere.. hopefully.

So would it be alright with every participant that if whoever wins and is not going to be able to redeem it that I'll request another winner?

I don't want to limit the amount of participants and the chance to get the game by marking it as "Region Locked" while there is a very high chance it's not. I'm already putting a level 2+ only limit and I don't want to further restrict the giveaway. I hope that everyone understands.
