heads up that gifted games on steam are region locked (can't gift to regions in which the game is 10% more expensive than your region)

on the gifts section I says about region restrictions when gifting game son steam. It is mostly popular knowledge the specific restriction is mostly the gifter price can't be more than 10% cheaper than the receiver's price.

Don't worry here, this giveaway remains active, I got you all covered with a STEAM KEY activation instead. The page as Steam suggests https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/2C02-3563-B72F-F117 says nothing about 10% rule.
