As opposed to the traditional "Shoot 'Em Up" genre of just space-faring ships obliterating thousands of enemies, Galacide includes a popular match-4 mechanic from puzzle games. While piloting, you must carefully strike a balance between destroying enemy ships and turrets, and placing pieces correctly to clear your path. If you fail to properly clear your path in time, then time will waste you!
