I have a problem on the steamgifts.com website.
Your Panda Rune has been activated, but is not visible in the profile. Steam can't help. And the steamgifts.com moderator threatens a permanent ban for non-activation. Whoever told you that is wrong: Suspensions for infringement of the rules are NOT removed if a giveaway has been deleted. After all you did infringe the rules in the first place. The onus to activate the win and to ensure the correct game was activated is on you as the winner. If you do not activate the win the giveaway advertises and mark the giveaway as received, you will be suspended (as happened in this case).
