Well, I will not persecute anyone! Just seems to me entering only for dlcs is not so moraly clear and wasting my money a bit ;) - but it is up to each one.

He already owns borderlands GOTY just like me. However we can still enter this GA.
He is warning that you have to check if the winner has the base game already or not if you mind about that :)

problem is steam itself, there is no way to detect if the person already has the dlc that are included in this version.
Only way to manuelly check for it is to have the winner as a friend, and go to the shop and look if that person is listed as a friend owning that dlc.

Yup i ogt the GOTY Version , yet it still lets me enter.
So check the winner profile cause he/she may already own it ..
