I am very sorry, HB's webpage says "Keys are temporarily exhausted for this product". So I can't click the Received button until I receive the key.

Did you manage to redeem the gift link though? You could ask HB support how long they think it might take for you to receive the key.

Hi, friend. I have been logging into the HB page every day to see if there is a key available, but I still haven't. So I decided to choose Not Received now, I will still check if there is a key available every day, if I have it, I will change back to Received. very sorry.
