But would make more sense, if only the DLC is no longer for sale (still bit weird though, unlikely to have copyright stuff).

Looking at steamdb.info there is no generic Endless Space.
I have a feeling they renamed the base game to Definitive Edition
Steam says I have Definitive Edition in my library and either I'm getting old or it didnt say that when I got it.
