Nothing, they seem to fail to send me emails.
I've this problem only with HB as now.
Edit: I mean, I can redeem the gift as it's now marked as redeemed, but HB is not sending me the mail with the key. So the gift link is redeemed but I don't have the email to claim the key.

I've asked around and I found out that the only solution is to have them reset the gift link, meaning they will have to make it redeemable again. For this to happen they will need https://support.humblebundle.com/hc/en-us/articles/202556850-Finding-Your-Humble-Transaction-ID. Since I cannot have that information, you'll either have to create a ticket and ask for a new gift link, then you can either redeem the gift yourself and directly send me the key, or just resend me the link and this time I'll use another email address to redeem it.

Till they give us a reply there is nothing we ca do, either way their support has to reset the gift link, or give you the key directly. But both way they have to replay to the ticket.

Maybe I should try to redeem it with another email address to be sure that it won't bug out again.
Also I'm at Uni now, I'll try to redeem it when I get back home. Steam is blocked by default here.
