I once did a pretty simple little diet where I swapped out my usual bowl of cereal for a fruit cup, which I would then rinse out and have a very tiny "bowl" of cereal from. It was all right, taught me that I was probably way overeating every morning. But it wasn't exactly a huge change, either.

I cant build up the will to do it... I just love food & eating!
The only way to stop myself from being huge is to do plenty of exercise but as I'm getting older thats becoming less effective :(
