KOTOR 2 and OG BattleField 2 are the ones I still pick up every so often.

I've heard good things about this one, hope luck is on my side.

It's hard to say, since I enjoyed so many of them greatly :3
I played Empire at War, Jedi Academy, Jedi Outcast, The Force Unleashed (1&2), Kotor 1 & 2, original Battlefront 1 & 2, and Rogue Squadron, and enjoyed each and every one of them for what they were :3
You could say I am (or rather, was, before Episode VII :/ ) a fan of the franchise :p

I think my favourites are Dark Forces and Star Wars Episode I: Racer

Probably Knights of the Old Republic (1&2) and The Force Unleashed (1&2) are my favorite ones. I finished up Fallen Order recently but I really didn't like the Dark Soul-esque mechanics in that game even while just playing on normal. Nor was the story particularly interesting. The game was just ok.
