I think I can't do anything about it it's a bug (?!) of the site
I have that too for some games where i am 100% sure i own them its mostly the bundles
I think they just check for the names in the game library and there you often don't have the bundle name but the names of the games without it
If someone wins who already owns the games is probably just lucky and i think i still have to send it :/
(btw one time i won a dlc wich i already owned but forgot about and i just made it a new givaway^^)

I think it's just because this game was removed from the store. So SG can't check in the store if you own it (?), simply because there's no market page of the game. And I never tried, but I think you can "reroll" a winner. Maybe you have to say the reason, but eh, don't really know exactly how it works ...
