Of course: With such a high chance I dont win, but sometimes I enter a GA of a game I dont really know but looks interesting (I never enter GAs of games I wouldnt play! LOVE the "hide" feature ;) and has 2000 entries already and win that XD
But you made two people happy with the "high cat" gif ("you won"), so its all good :)
Have a nice day!

Haha... Sorry you didn't win but thanks for reading. :)

Only 13 out of 956 people came here! It's worse than I imagined... :P

I already owned the game, not winning was the expected result :D
I read your comment in the Overlord giveaway yeah I even read the comments ^^
Compared to it your giveaway had 17 times longer description, I guess we can blame the length for the low number of entries.

Oh, that explains it :D

The blue link is still fairly obvious, though. :)

Thanks :)
Good luck with your experiment. I hope the results won't be too devastating whatever that means
Not sure what to expect and which one is worse?
Is this an indicator of auto entry script usage or severe decrease in the intellectual activity due to getting used to the overly simplified Internet content and today's culture?

We'll never know for sure. I figure it's a little bit of everything::
1) auto-entry scripts/bots
2) people who don't speak/read English
3) people who use apps or scripts that allow entry without opening the giveaway
4) people who simply ignore the description

It's less devastating to me as it is a reward for those who read. :) But I'm surprised by how few people actually read it and noticed the link. Even with high-level giveaways the ratio is about the same.

Next I'll try it on a whitelist giveaway... fair warning! :)

Thanks for the long and detailed response but anything after the 3rd line exceeded my hourly reading quota :D
Maybe I should disable that "Hide games you already own?" option, I feel bad when I notice what I missed after days/weeks

I have the same experiment going with other giveaways right now... at increasingly higher levels. The ratio of entries between the public and hidden giveaway is still bad. :P

Thanks for the game, reading sure pays off! :D

That 1% entry ratio is a little bit alarming though.

I was not surprised that most people didn't find it, but I was surprised that the number was so low!

Thanks for being attentive and have fun :)

Just redeemed it, thanks! It's supposedly a lot like Castle Crashers, so that sounds great.
