Keeping the tradition of educating people as we give them formidable gifts (Ruteqube's Real True DOOM Facts™, Ruteqube's Real True Train Facts, and my own award-winning series on Trains, Ships and Planes), we are proud to present you with outstanding, incredible trivia about cars -- worth as much as the CV I will get from the games I am giving away! :D :D

So, without further ado, let us start!

INCREDIBLE DATA ABOUT CARS #1

The Russian Eastern German 1988 Trabant P610S was first introduced in 1964 and produced until 1991. The body was made of recycled Russian cotton-waste dipped in a bakelite-like phenolic resin from the then East German dye industry and baked in an oven. The resultant material was called Duroplast. This material was edible and there were many stories of farm animals like pigs and goats biting into Trabants and eating part of the body.

The question is then who will be affected by amnesia: the pigs (because of the unorthodox nurtrition), the machines or the people who uncover the truth about the machines for pigs? Maybe the winner of the giveaway (or anyone else who played this game) can explain!

Those pictures are from the movie Black Cat White Cat. https://youtu.be/Ps6yap7Du-k
Trabant, Wartburg and IFA were original German vehicles.
russians had a few vehicles that were copies of European FIATs and BMWs, but those 3 were OG :D
The P70 from 1955 spawned the cheap Trabant variants. The company produced luxury vehicles like the P240 and trucks like the IFA, but they don't have the cult following like the Trabant.
The company today is big into the heavy industry with HQ still in Zwickau.

The Trabant was an East German (German Democratic Republic) car and the version from 1964 was called Trabant 601 (P 601)

Seen three Trabants at a classic car meet I've visited a few weeks ago. And another fun fact for you: They're sarcastically called Plastikbomber aka plastic bomber.
