According to the giveaway rules, a person has a week to activate the key.
If you contacted the winner of your giveaway on email and Steam over one week ago and they have not yet responded or redeemed any keys or gifts you attempted to send, please contact support to request a new winner.
Can people make their own rules? I just do not know. If the key has a deadline, by what date?
I'm here to claim the key, though it seems you want it to be claimed within one hour, and the giveaway ended 6 hours ago. Sadly, with work and what not it's just not possible.
If you'd like I can claim, otherwise I'll wait for you to put in the ticket. As mentioned though, per the site rules I'm supposed to be given up to a week to claim. So please let me know if you'd like for me to claim it or if you'd like to reroll because I didn't claim it in the timeframe you specified.

EDIT: And just to verify my reasoning for waiting and not just claiming it now is that I could claim it and then for whatever reason you could have the key revoked because I didn't meet your initial requirements and then there'd be a whole suspension and arguments back and forth... It's a whole hassle. Instead of that I'll be checking this thread throughout the evening to see if you post an update, otherwise I'll leave the gift in limbo until you respond. It's kind of crappy for both of us that this is the situation we're in but here we are. Hope to hear from you soon.

The site moderators have to approve a new winner. By using the site for giveaways, the OP agrees to the rule you posted there.
