RU/CIS + Ukraine do not receive the game (confirmed + RU screenshot)
based on the gift link notification, LATAM should receive region locked keys, while SEA should receive ROW keys. However, there are no region locked packages on SteamDB (perhaps not indexed yet?) <- needs confirmation
