To tell the truth, I do not like to have a public Steam profile for a long time. But yes, I do not have this DLC. I will send you an invitation to friends, all my Steam profile is visible to friends. After accepting the invitation you will be able to see if I have this DLC in:
Steam Store >> DLC site >> friends who played this game
If you will be bored, you will remove me from your friends list after checking. And if you really want me to have a public profile, accept the invitation, set the audience for everyone as we're both in Steam Chat.

If the author of giveawaya wants to make sure if I as a winner already have a winning game / DLC, I ALWAYS let him.
Usually I have a private Steam profile (only for friends) but not because I'm a cheater, I just do not like to publicize my profile to everyone on the internet.
