There should not be many users who do not have at least one of the above games, but yeah, this is a nice gift for someone new to steam for example.

Well, just to note, Steamgifts rules state that

We ask users not to enter giveaways for packages if they already own the majority of the games.

It says 'Majority', means you shouldn't enter if you own half or more than half.

Now to be honest, I only own two games, L4D2 which was free, and CS:GO which are common for a lot of people to have, since L4D2 was free, and CS:GO is very popular game, it's kinda unfair to ask people not to enter just because owning those two games, I would recommend at least removing those two.

I'm not trying to complain or try to leech something, but regardless you ask not to enter because of those two games, I'm personally going to enter, sorry. You're welcome to blacklist me whenever you want, I'm not going to blacklist you back.

As someone above, I have only Left 4 Dead 2. It would be nice if you allow to enter with one or two games from list. Zero is really strict condition.
