We had a really fun rehearsal today, pulling together a couple of scenes from Under the Ice that we haven't been able to rehearse properly over the past weeks: the actress playing the Evil Ice Jellyfish Queen just got married so she's been JUST A BIT BUSY, and my human scene partner (I play a chatty and forgetful Ice Fish) has been in England on a long-scheduled brief trip. Come tomorrow we'll have all three of us in a room at last. This winter has been a scattered and fretful one for most of the performers I know, so it's good to have solid work shaping up well. The show opens on April 11, and that's sneaking up on us quickly!
