Hi, I wonder, how exactly did you get that country list? I've checked the SteamDB link you provided, but I couldn't find the information. There's some silly low-violence for Germany so, obviously, Germany is not listed among the countries. However, I am fairly certain that keys purchased from somewhere other then the German Steam store should still work in Germany (especially if bought from Gamesplanet). Moreover, they probably should work pretty much everywhere else, too.
Otherwise, when you absolutely certain your key only works in the countries mentioned, you might consider setting up your giveaway as region-restricted, because sadly many folks here don't read descriptions.
EDIT: I noticed that Germany's included in the list of countries now :-) I'm still curious how you got that list, though.

Hi,i got the list from Gamersgate and i bought it from fanatical.They have same sub.
And i'm too tired to select country one by one,cuz that will take me too much time.So i list the region directly instead.

I think it's a pretty safe bet the key is not region restricted at all (the list contains a lot of countries after all). Fanatical also allows you to check for region locks for a single country and I just checked a few in different regions of the world, they all seemed to work :-)

If this is region locked then you should delete it and use the appropriate region locked tags provided by SG. We won't be able to reroll for a region lock.
