Sorry for the trouble. The key should be good. Could you please try activation again by using copy/paste? Once the key is pasted in the activation window, ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces in the box before clicking the button to activate. Thanks

Sorry for the delay, was waiting for the fifth winner to attempt to activate their key. 3 of the 5 winners activated fine. I have submitted a request to the supplier for replacement keys.

I hadn't received any replacement keys, I had simply put the original 2 bad keys back in GA's till I got a response from the supplier. The supplier got back to me last night. They no longer have any copies available to provide replacements. The other winner that got a bad key, has already said they're OK in forfeiting the win. Are you OK with that too? If so I'll contact SG support today about deleting the giveaway if possible - dunno what happens when it's 5 copies in one giveaway and only some need to be deleted. Sorry.

Hey, it's fine. I'm not demanding or anything. I'm rather thankful actually. And if there is an issue, I would not mind forfeiting and I'll even talk to SG management about it so you would not get a penalty. (If it's possible)
