Oh, that could have been a heartbreaking moment... Couldn't you ask for refund ? I remember it. That was a huge present towards their community I got it too but I've never played my copy, although I played the open beta.

Well, buy it in regular store, and I prefer a thousand times physical games, also was a great game, so I did not care much.
