Alot of people do region restricted GAs, idk where the problem is. I got this gift from here but i cant use it, so i did this GA.

If the winner can't activate the gift cos of region locks he will be forced to leave the "not received" feedback and you can't ask for a reroll in this case, support will just deny it and probably punish you in the process. Also if the winner doesn't activate the gift on his account he will be punishable for regifting. Can you see the problem now? Steagifts has it's rules intended to protect winners, gifters and maintain a decent level ga quality, so if you don't mind receiving a negative feedback you can probably push your luck and hope that the winner can activate the gift.
