No, level 0 is not the only place with people who use bots and never play games, I had plenty of almost-surely bot users on the entire spectrum (including level 10). Limiting your giveaway with any level will not magically solve problems. Neither will putting up country restrictions, by the way.
I'd like to have a target entry number, but considering nobody ever created a level 0 public giveaway for this, I have no idea what to expect.* Well, beyond being confused that top-down rogue-lite #2379 got in the top 10 of the community wishlist, which means that at least a couple thousand people had to add it to their wishlist at some point. (Granted, a lot of users hoard wishlisted games more than purchased ones.)
The last time I did something like this, that game was in the #1 spot, and a month later it dropped 10 places—so, let's see if I just managed to doom this one as well. 😝
*Okay, based on the first few days, looks like I can expect somewhere around the 10-12k range of entries. Unless it gets one of the mightiest last-day rushes of all time.

As a matter of fact, yes, I have an entire operation set up that regularly offer VirtualCookies™ on several venues (mostly Twitch). 🍪
And it is less about passion and more about getting annoyed how more and more people think SteamGifts is some free-for-all cookie jar and more and more people think they need to hire a security firm to ensure their cookie jar should only be touched by the Worthy™.

Unfortunately it's human nature, no way around it, the first group is people who think it's only fair life offers free stuff for all the other stuff it took away in their life, the second group is people who have been burnt too often, so they don't trust anymore, therefore they build their own kingdom upon the belief of those who are Worthy™ where they can't get hurt anymore. Since you don't have it in your library nor wishlist I would like to suggest that you take a look at Coin Crypt. It's unique and well made roguelike that I find fun to play every now and then. I don't quite get why the game never got popular. It was bundled so you can probably get it for peanuts on gray sites if you don't want to pay full price for it or wait for a steam sale.

I've never won a game, though I still attempt through the inflation.
I absolutely love this game, it could use some tweaks, but overall this game is fantastic there is a reason it's on my wishlist afterall. I've played it halfway through and would love to actually own it and play it all the way through. Though unlikely will win it, just my luck in this manifestation of RNG. I generally don't use this site to give games away anymore because I'd rather give a game to someone that'd actually play the game for the enjoyment and for that sole purpose.
