This is a DLC for Bear With Me: Lost Robots (the fourth episode). What it gives over that game is:

  • The first three episodes
  • The collector's edition extras of those three episodes: artbook and OST
  • The OST for Lost Robots

So if you have the base game Lost Robots, enter. If you have the first three episodes, this DLC is not for them.
