i won this game but i not received GOTY version
I asked about this problem and they have answered me
According to the rules, all wins must be activated on the winner's account so if You receive a different game than the one in Stated That was the giveaway, or if you can not activate the gift and you mark it as "received" you risk to suspension.
You can ask them to remove this gift

I have rechecked the key and the one I sent you was indeed the correct key. (Got it from Humble Jumbo Bundle 5) I have checked your steam profile and you have already activated the gift, though I cannot see what DLC you own, I am very certain that you have gotten the GOTY edition of Men of War. Please recheck AND send me proof that you have not received any of the DLC promised.

I can see in steamgift gift of Men of War: Assault Squad - Game of the Year Edition and I have marked the option Hide Already giveaways for games you own?

The GOTY version of games is not another game but a bundle of DLCs + the base game. I can understand the confusion though. For example: I own the GOTY edition of Borderlands 2, but it doesnt show as Borderlands 2 Game of The Year Edition in my library but rather Borderlands 2 + all the DLCs. I can see why you were confused though
