I sent a gift code to my email and it came and I hit get code and it says it's already owned by someone else.
This is the first time this has happened and I am very disappointed.
I have attached the gift code URL registered to my HumbleBundle account.
Hi, have you tried using the resender (the one that comes up when you go to the original giftlink)? Or does it just come up with the same link/message anyway?
Meanwhile maybe it should be you who reaches out to Humble instead, as you'd know all the exact steps and emails used, I'd just be passing the information provided by you anyway? If you need anything only I can provide of course let me know, I'll be happy to assist!

I tried resending the link you gave me, but in that case, it sends a list of request URLs registered in my account, not 'get gift code'. I showed you the URL above.
It's the first time I've ever seen a key like this happen as soon as I received a key from the Humble Bundle link, so I don't know what to do.
Let me know if there's anything more I can try.
Can you write to support and describe the exact steps you taken (incl email you used etc., links you're using)? I'd assume that this will be better than me trying to "explain for someone else" :)

The key you gave is sent to email A, and Humble Bundle is logged in to email B, so it looks different and appears to have already been marked as used.
It seems that there were two IDs in Humble Bundle without my knowledge. The two emails use the same gmail and the IDs are almost the same, so I guess I was mistaken.
A When I log in with my email, I see the key. I am really sorry.
