I’ve checked the links, and the SteamGifts link I provided matches the exact bundle I’m gifting, both by name and image. The bundle you linked is titled Counter-Strike Complete – 2014 (and it doesn't have an image), while the one I’m gifting is simply Counter-Strike Complete, which includes the games listed in the giveaway description.
As for Prime Status / Full Edition, gifting it on Steam has been discontinued for a long time, and even now there is no option to gift it directly. The only alternatives I could find on third-party sites involve account selling, which clearly goes against both Steam and SteamGifts ToS.
I’ll still check with the winners individually and we’ll find an appropriate solution if needed.
As I said earlier: you can't gift bundles on Steamgifts unless they include the exact same games (AppIDs) as the equivalent subscription.
This giveaway value is 30P (30 CV because it is not bundled) but the bundle you are giving away should cost 13P (13 CV) because it does not include the most expensive game of the package, Counter-Strike 2 Full Edition.
