Hello. If you mean that the originally sent key was edited (i.e., replaced) and now a different one has been sent, then I also cannot activate this key.

When I go to the “Giveaways - Won” page and click the “Redeem” button, I’m redirected to Steam, where, after clicking the “Continue” button, a notification appears: “Unfortunately, this product cannot be purchased in this country. The key is not activated.”
