Hey, I won but the key I received is region locked. I can't activate it, I'm in the US.

Sorry mate, you were right. I truly apologize for the confusion — it was never my intention. I honestly believed the Humble Bundle would provide a region-free key and that it would work without any issues, but it turns out it’s locked to my region. Sorry again for the trouble, and you can mark it as not received.
