This Livelock key is from Killer Bundle 9, Bundle Stars. I checked the bundle keys on my account and I couldn't find any info regarding region lock. They removed this bundle yesterday, so I can't access any info about this it at the moment. I wasn't aware there was a region lock on it - I'm sorry!

I'm waiting on support to respond to this. I hope we'll work something out.
I have other games to offer if you wish, however if I have to, I'll buy you the same game for your region. :)
