I have contacted Groupees. Apparently they have a policy of only supporting provision of keys for bought bundles up until 30 days after purchase. I've sent them another request to provide a key or the developer's contact details so that I may attain a key.

I have contacted the developer as recommended by groupies, and provided them evidence of the original purchase, I'm currently awaiting a response from them.
