Also, since I'm lazy check for old forum stuff where I did the same exact thing I'm doing here. :) In case you're lazy too, I dug up some links to old puzzles in this comment - it's basically giving the whole puzzle away, but since nobody reads comments I should be safe... :)
I spent a fair amount of time trying to find and decode ciphers before I stumbled upon the solution to get here. Also managed to finish the phrase without looking it up too which is pretty good for me since my brain's usually horrible.
Haven't read a lot of them but I quite like the cthulhu mythos/lovecraft setting.
This may be one of the few puzzles I've ever solved on here, so even if it was a pretty simple one I'll take pride in that since it's a pretty good achievement for me with the cognitive problems I have these days.
I suppose as puzzles go this one's a bit of a joke, especially if you've seen it before. :) So when I notice this part of the puzzle has almost 5000 guesses, I'm stumped... What are you typing into that box, people? Just stop! Go back and figure out what you're missing... :)
I've been doing similar things with Steam keys for a while, so for anyone who knows to look at the keys it's easy mode... :) For people who think it's just a key dump the puzzle's impossible, but what can you do? :) The puzzle guide I keep linking spells it out, but I can't exactly tell people the precise location of the solution in the guide... :) Oh well...

Since you already got here, you aren't going to need a hint that helps you to get here... :( Sigh...
The number part then? I never did think of a hint for that part, but I left a vague non-hint type of comment in reply to someone at the bottom of Page 3, if that helps... :)
