It is saying Duplicate Product Key, key has already been used and activated by another account.

The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account. This code cannot be used again. Please contact the retailer or online seller where the code was purchased for assistance.

I'm not sure if you noticed that previous message Wonejo but this key has come up as already used. Will you be able to supply a replacement or contact the seller to acquire one?
