just made a giveaway for the group.
Though now I'm curious about rule 2:
" And a public games library on steam."
and enforcing of it...
Because my profile is private and I guess thus my library?
Got nothing about making giveaways, but my profile will stay private.^^
Any reasoning for that rule (other than for checking if a game was activated - which I can show via temporarily making the profile public)?
And if that's a problem I can leave the group.

yeah it is to check if they already have the game or if they actually redeem it on their steam account
