While reading more into the rules, I think you may want to have a look at this member http://prntscr.com/oro84d, he's in my blacklist, I believe it is for reason (can't remember to be honest) and he seems to not know what "balancing" means ^^

I've talked about their unbalanced stats, and they know that if they dont improve they will be part of the next purge.
BTW we have no specific rules against blacklisting other members - If someone blocks many members then I'd definitely want to chat to ask why.
