Hi. I won and tried to redeem the key, but it says that "this purchase is not available in your country, your purchase has been canceled". I am in the USA. Can you explain the problem with the key?

If I try to add the game to my cart directly from the Steam store, it seems like it will let me purchase it...

I think it's a key problem????
