I always check my winners for rule breakers, you did not activate Anki but still marked it as received. So I waited a couple of days and you still havent done it then I made a ticket asking for a re-roll because after a week went by since you won it you did not activate it. When the re-roll was effective and you got suspended you`re clean again so why should I include you on my blackslist?
You see my level and how many games I won. And you see only one non-activated game in Steam. A good deed would be your indication of this when I asked the question "what's the problem". Because I, being at work, confirmed receipt, but accidentally not activate the game (perhaps the key was copied incorrectly and in hurry I did not notice the error). To avoid this, SG administration have to introduce a warning system. But you should not be silent, creating unnecessary problems for yourself and others =/
P.S. About the blacklist, I asked, because I did not understand the reason for ignoring. But I know some people who blackslist people or do not give the game based on winner's nationality / "Gifts Sent" / list of games in steam, etc.
