I think you should get the DLC for the game even though you own the original game. I'm not 100% sure though.

Yes you will do get the content, that you do not already own. But the question was more in the line of, is it ok for you if we enter even though we already own the base game, therefore would only be entering for the DLC's.

I read the FAQ and it said that you souldn't enter if you own the majority of the collection. The game bundle's DLC make up most of the price so I think it is ok

FYI, the most important phrase in this part of the FAQ is "In the end, the giveaway creator has the final say". You are free to say "people can only enter if they own nothing from the package" or, at the opposite, "feel free to enter as long as you miss anything in the package" (I haven't seen this often, but I've seen it a few times). That's why in such giveaways, if the GA description doesn't explicit it, there's usually someone who asks the question samwise84 posted ;)
