hey there. i made a mistake by entering your Steam giveaway for Splatter - Zombie Apocalypse.
i didn't pay attention to your giveaway subscription that mentioned that it's a [RU+CIS] Steam gift and i can't take this from you because it won't be able to work in my region (USA/North America).
is there any way you can redo this giveaway and give it to someone else instead? i hope you respond back to me whenever you're able to, thanks.
one last thing i should mention to you, you can select a new winner for this particular giveaway by creating a Support Ticket by clicking on the small down arrow to the right of the "Support" tab on the top-left part of this website and then click on where it says "Create a New Ticket". after that, select "Request New Winner" as the Category and the rest should be self-explanatory to you from there. i do hope you get this and resolve this problem and i'm sorry for entering this giveaway without paying better attention to the giveaway description. i'll be more careful the next time i decide to enter anymore giveaways.

that won't work. it has to be the game that i won but it also has to work in my region in North America/USA as well.
sorry man but if Steamgifts doesn't resolve this giveaway problem and choose a new winner to take this [RU+CIS] region restricted version of the game instead of me, i'll have no choice but to click "Not Received" and i really don't want to resort towards doing that. that's why i'm giving you some time to get Steamgifts to resolve this problem 1st.
