Your accusations are unfounded. I've listed two DLCs & none of them giveaways ended yet.

Don't think they are talking about getting a key from your giveaways.
Think they are saying "You took an alienware key from a user who was actually going to use it and there were limited keys".
And there other comment about the one given to the steam group I think is accusing you of taking two keys from the giveaway.
Which honestly seems fair to complain about. Especially as it was an NA only giveaway and people from the EU (like me) can enter here. So it means people legitimatly trying to use the alienware giveaway have to spend points here for a chance to get a key, when they might have got one before.
