I said that for your own good. Since there are detailed region locked giveaway options available, support may (and probably will) reject your re-roll request because of activation problems due to regions.

I don't intend to re-roll. Just to give away to the end user & get rid of the game.
It's their responsibility to check the list, as stated. Just as it's theirs to check if they can run newest Mass Effect on their system before purchasing. It's all written. ;)

No, no one has to check/read your public giveaway list. You cannot put custom rules.
Winner does not have to play newest Mass Effect game, just have to active on account. If winner cannot activate this key because of region lock, you will have to provide a working key or get a "non-received" on your profile and suspension as a bonus.
As I said before, it's giveaway creator's responsibility to set proper region lock for giveaway because now there is a system that can cover every possible scenario.

Well, if somebody doesn't read it - it's their fault. He/she can send out game somewhere, where it can be activated for some exchange. The key is written there, link is already provided. So is the ALL INFORMATION provided.
Same would be if somebody from XY country buy a game on Humble bundle store & can't activate the same game. Is it their fault that they bought a game & didn't read the instructions? Or is it Humble bundle store to ban those games from those people?
Can you find me a country that is excluded from the given list?
I have nor time, nor interest to find which countries are listed & which are not. Unfortunately Humble bundle gave me list of "available countries", not the banned countries (like Bundle stars, for example). So can't exclude the countries & don't want to waste several hours to make a giveaway possible.

Yes I can, I have my own script allows me to enter a giveaway from homepage. That's not the point, I'm telling no one has to read giveaway description. It's not their fault if they don't read, you cannot put custom rules. It's so easy, how can you not understand?
