if you have already read my reply to your ticket: Maybe you want to try and see if the key works for yourself or for a friend of yours - in case you want to find out if that winner giving feedback received has actually used it on another account than the won they won it with or if it still worked.)

I tried it on my account and the key was activated for me. So I'm guessing he didn't use it after it failed for him.
