One of your recent wins Emergency Crew 3 Perfect Getaway Collector's Edition is showing up as inactivated.

Since it seems it was gifted to you, it probably got automatically privated by steam. You can simply unprivate it through your steam client.

I understood that but it is probably privated which is why it is showing up as non-activated.
